I really liked the costing part. Since I have a startup, I have to keep the cost low. This is a perfect offer. I checked other similar meeting tools and found this much more simpler and uncomplicated. The other users who are not used to this tool could also quick start using it. Some of the key features that standout are: - Price part - Easy to setup meetings - Easy for other users to join the calls. - The recording is very clear - Really liked the feature of recording getting stored in the cloud

Connecting the call through phones is a bit costly. Mostly for connecting from India.Probably should think of bring the cost down. This is an important requirement Feature suggestion - additional: - In some cases other than the admin others may also have to mute some attendees. That feature is not there - We should also allow all to record the sessions - From mobile one should be able to connect without downloading the app

Problems solved: Meeting with customers, connecting with team members Benefits: Easy connecting, Does not ping the pocket, can easily set up calls, very intutive to use

It allows multiple people to connect simultaneously whilst allowing the admin control over the participants actions. The sessions can be recorded and listened to later.

I have used almost all other meeting apps but Zoho meeting is unique and starting new meeting will take roughly 15 seconds. User friendly and great features

Every time the application is downloading Zoho meet exe and launching from windows. They have to detect from previous downloads and utlize them before starting new downloads

I was able to clear doubts for my students and sharing screen is superb features and it healped lot for my students

I love the polls and all of the back office features.

I do not have anything so far. Sometime the system kicks out my members during a meeting.

Consistency and accessibility

There were several things that I like about the product, 1. ease of use for staff, 2. ease of use for the guest/trainer, 3. quality of the video and audio, 4. Quality of the reports (we are able to better assess the quality of ther overall program and adjust as needed, and finally 5. being able to provide the guest trainer with a copy of a high quality product.

There was not anything I disliked about the product.

I am able to add more guests and enhance my customer's experience because the software is plug and play ready. Being able to provide the guest trainer with a copy of a high-quality product.

We have been using Skype and Team Viewer whenever we wanted to conduct client meetings. Often we used to run into audio visual streaming issues.

We have not experienced any difficulties so far.

After starting to use Zoho Meeting, we do not face any streaming issues and it helps us connect with all the stakeholders quickly and complete our meetings without any hindrances. The best part is we can also integrate our Zoho Campaigns with webinars to market the webinar dates. This is very helpful for us.

Great sound quality, ease of scheduling/RSVPing and very good screen sharing/switching. Ability to record as well. Seems very good at managing multiple meetings.

Occasional meeting startup problems, not the easiest software to manage regular/recurring meetings - but workarounds available.

Zoho Meeting empowers my organization in creating an international virtual workforce. I am able to train employees in Texas and Colorado. Meeting attendees are able to ask questions and view presentations.

easily accessible, easy to understand, easy to work with. This is the best I have ever come across and i think this is the future of training.

nothing really, except for maybe the fact that i cannot upload ppts whenever i am conducting a training session also i think it would be more easier if there were lesser controls. also, the payment terms are rather harsh.

Using zoho meeting for 1 on 1 mentorship program , really easy to use also for newbees

We love using Zoho Webinar. The registration process is extremely simple and there are no required downloads for the registrants which is a HUGE plus for us. This eliminates confusion and frustration.

I haven't run into anything I don't like about Zoho Webinar.

Joining a meeting could not be simpler with Zoho Meeting. Since we use several Zoho products, it is nice how it integrates with everything. We also like the pricing, it is extremely fair pricing for smaller companies in our opinion.

Can 't think of anything at the moment. Most likely if I had to pick something, would be more integrations with other software. We have used zoom in the past for that reason alone since it does have many existing integrations.

We are able to meet with clients anytime via a browser. This simplifies the process with our clients - no need to download anything.

Throughout the meeting the audio was stable, participants had no difficulty accessing the invitation link. Very good, congratulations Zoho.

Zoho meeting does all of our online meeting requirements. Voice and video quality are good. It works wherever in the world you are in.

I cant say anything that I dislike about Zoho meeting - except for the fact that it only comes in paid version.
