Base product capabilities .. initial support for back-end "work-arounds" to address functionality gaps. Support for small, growing, passionate company with attractive product roadmap
Support. Responsiveness. ability to accommodate organization beyond "mom and pop" with many products, reporting options, affiliate support options and payment provider options.
we got up and running and figured out initial work-arounds. unfortunately now looking at "brick walls" with respect to gaps in our needs vs product capability
The interface is pleasant to interact with, and the flow of the whole platform seems easy enough to use. It's very visually based.
1) There isn't one report you can download, instead you have to download multiple reports 2) the reporting doesn't match (meaning one report says x and the other report says xxxxxxxxz) 3) it's impossible to get good customer service, and when someone responds they don't read your entire question or try to help. It's a general answer that is copied and pasted, and then your ticket is closed out. 4) when using their import feature, Samcart created THOUSANDS of new products because they didn't use the correct data mapping.
Nothing at the moment, unfortunately. We are still waiting for them to unscramble the data that was imported so we can use the platform correctly. I am also waiting to hear back about why reports are not showing the same numbers (as they should be)
