It was easy to complete. Very intuitive and just works.

At this time there isn't anything that I dislike. I do think if there was a print button on the summary page that formatted it correctly for paper that would be great!

The UI is clean and well-organized. The styling elements are well thought out and branded. The website loads fast and cleanly too. I love Rippling. It is a better tool than the one I used previously.

There are no downsides that I can think of.

Rippling solves the organizational sprawl issue. I have everything at my fingertips.

Rippling is primarily useful in being able to help teammates with their PTO situation. Also really appreciate my own PTO, payroll, and insurance being in one place.

When the tax season rolls around, I don't have to endure the drastic measures of waiting by the mailbox for W-2 forms. Rippling automatically uploads them into the App, so obtaining them is a breeze.

Centralized SSO and application launching have been very helpful.

The only real "dislike" that I have is the frequency and or inconsistency by which some applications are timed out and need to be logged in again. Full disclosure that might not be a "Rippling thing" but I associate it with Rippling as that's how I must log back in.

There are so many apps that I must navigiate as well as benefits and pay, that having a single location where it can all be accessed has proven to be very useful.

Educational and walks me through the healthcare selection process. Highly informative and thoughtful guide to selection. Good tips on form fills that help me not make mistakes.

Some issues with 2FA but fortunately the TOTP works fine.

Health insurance, HR, device management, payroll. Easy one stop shop.

Rippling's payroll function and suite of apps has been a godsend for our finance team. Payroll process, start to finish, used to be hours of prep and double check. Rippling's analysis tools really drill down into key insights allowing our team to quickly check for anomolies and variances that result in off-cycle payroll's being pushed through after the fact. Their API with our native timekeeping software makes hourly reporting a breeze. Rippling has seriously taken the stress out of payroll for me and, to boot, has cut my processing time exponentially.

There is not much that I dislike about Rippling. If I did suggest any improvements, it would probably be in the realm of a mouse-hover pop-up window that drills into the detail behind an employee payroll record for at-a-glance analysis. In the current iteration, you have to see a significant variance week over week and then click into the next window to get details on where the variance originates (wages, overtime, bonus, PTO, etc.).

Rippling has created a suite of automated apps and tools that eliminate all redundant or error-prone functions, such as manual data entry, that plague the payroll process. Beyond payroll, their suite of recruiting and HR management tools keeps our team working hard on the value creation for our growing business.

It's incredibly user-friendly! I've never had the opportunity to work with an HR platform that is so reliable.

It's all great! The one thing I do find a bit tedious is that I have to enter an authentication code frequently even though I use the same browser. I understand it's for privacy, but not having to enter an authentication code would be great.

Working in PeopleOps, this platform has helped so many functions within HR easy for employees.

The design and the flow of the website just makes sense.

Integration with Doordash benefits. It took almost 2 months for me to get my Doordash account ready to be used

The HR system is pretty good. It's easy to navigate around the website and is quite intuitive

Rippling has allowed HR leaders like myself to focus on the human side of HR. By creating seamless processes and workflows, my time can be spent working with people, not filling out paperwork. Super easy, super efficent!

Sometimes submitting support tickets can be tricky (explaining over a call would be easier), but I can find most answers in their massive support library!

Truthfully, I do not dislike anything about Rippling. This platform is much more user-friendly than other HR software I have had to use in the past through previous jobs.

Rippling keeps me up-to-date on all HR-related tasks I need to complete (without sending me a million emails!). It is a hub for important documents and information, where many of my questions can be answered quickly.

Org charts, reviewing paystubs, and the ability to access discounts on health insurance even when working at a relatively small startup. I also really enjoyed the training modules they offer.

I had trouble accessing my healthcare account information when using the Rippling mobile app, but perhaps my healthcare was still being set up - that could have been the reason.

The user experience is really strong - I think you can go through the entire onboarding process in minutes! It was clear to understand and fill in all the required info.

I think Rippling does a good job with security, but I ran into a few MFA bugs trying to login from a different device. It kept me out (which I assume is the intended purpose) but I had entered the correct info.

Rippling makes it so easy for a company to start hiring and onboarding people. It is basically an all-in-one HR solution, so you don't have to worry about hiring an entire team to facilitate payroll, hiring, onboarding, etc.

Very organized platform that helps you find what you're looking for easily, such as pay, benefits, insurance, etc. The single sign on features are also a great help!

I don't have much that I can knock Rippling for. Every feature has been easy to use, it has what you need for HR Management, etc. I'm sure we'll figure out more ways to use it!

It's keeping payroll, time off, benefits, insurance, people, etc all in one platform that is easy to view + access. The RPass feature is also great to save passwords since I forget many of mine.
