Everything is systematic. Remote has systems in place to ensure that employees have access to their admin, fiscal and hr needs. Customer support is prompt and is very helpful. Customer support is very responsive. The interface is fantastic. I can see my payslips quickly, upload requests for time off, submit my expenses, and more. I have used other HR software before, and the difference is like night and day.

I want to see the numbers in my payslips without opening the PDF and zooming around. I want more transparency when my time off requests with my "arrêt de travail" are uploaded and sent to social security.

Remote is the global HR solution. You can employ anyone from any country legally, and Remote will take care of everything HR-related. I'm very thankful Remote exists; otherwise, I wouldn't be able to be an employee at the great company I'm at.

The workflow is the best at remote. Onboarding a new employee is fast, efficient and the dashboard is quite user friendly. I have had the chance to talk to remote customer support and they are always quick, prompt in answering queries. They even escalate quicker to resolve the problems.

It acts as a local employer and makes sure all the local labour laws are in place on my contract. It makes sure that I pay my taxes and easens that budden for me. It makes sure I am paid on time as well.

I appreciate Remote mainly because they handle my working Visa in The Netherlands. I am Brazilian, and I found an excellent job in Germany. Remote gave me the possibility to stay in the Netherlands. They help me with all the Visa process. Communication is efficient, and the website platform is easy to work with.

I would like to have more explicit information about my work rights. As a remote employee, do I have some benefits or protection? I don't know.

They are excellent. I've been employed as EOR by Remote for a year and a half, and just offboarding now. Onboarding was extremely quick and easy, any issue with payslips was solved super quickly, and their customer support is super friendly and helpful. No problem that was not solved in a couple of days. Their App is great to keep track of payments, and I use it every month.

At no point during my journey working with Remote as EOR I've seen any problem. Nothing to dislike!

Problems such as how to upload expenses, timings of reimbursement, customer support for various inquiries; etc. Remote replies very fast so you get the answer you need in the time you need.
