Remote is very easy to access and navigate. I love how it allows you to track details of all the employees across the world at one simple panel. Support team is also very helpful and solves issues very quickly.
As a frequent user I would like to have one person dedicated to the queries, so it makes it easier to continue conversation, instead of having multiple people dealing with one query.
We don't have to look for different entities across the world to employ talented staff. Remote makes it easy to onboard new employees regardless of their location.
Working with Remote has been an excellent experience and the best "remote" company that I've worked with. On the couple of occasions I needed customer service, the representatives were quick, helpful and efficient. Everything is seamless working with Remote!
If I have to think of something negative, the only thing I can say is it would be nice to get paid weekly as opposed to bi-weekly, however that's not too big of a deal.

I needed to move from Germany to Spain in record time; let's say 2 months of margin. They solved all my questions in a week, the week after they prepared the contract and the paperwork. They assisted every single day replying all my requests. A month after I was already in Spain, working and being paid by them. It felt as I would be working with Remote for years. Everything was fast, easy and smooth

Remote helps us to get our contracts in line with the company policies and rules in our country, addressing any concerns with our benefits and salaries.
The best thing is the automation that Remote provides. We just have to create invoices by the end of the month and all of the necessary things are done by Remote so that we can get paid which is the most fascinating feature
It takes 3 days to process each step of the paying process which is a bit time consuming but I don't have any issue with it but maybe some people would disagree
