Attrempted to intgrate with quickboks and it sent my QB system in to haywire.

When we introduced this product timesheets were being used, being able to track field employees time location and hours will clocked in make such a huge diffence.

That everything is tracked here from your location and pinpointed on a visual map.

I love everything that T-Sheets has to offer us its a really good system.

All time entries, location tracking, clocking in and out. etc has a lot of great benefits.

Tsheets allows me to keep tabs no only on hours worked (daily, weekly, per period, etc), but also allows me to track the location of employees working at remote locations (using the app). Tsheets also allows us to create separate jobs and user roles within the company. We can create flexible employee teams that are dispatched to different jobs. Employees declare their work location while clocking in, adding a secondary level of accountability and tracking reliability. Tsheets also allows us to track our salaried managers and their time on the clock, and at their accountable locations.

The employee tracking can be a bit intrusive, so I allow employees to opt in to using the app. Tsheets can also be used on desktop, so an onsite terminal was an easy solution. Tsheets location tracking can easily be bypassed, it seems, by using a vpn. However, we find that assigning jobs based on location helps us keep employees accountable.

I like that TSheets can track multiple customers and export easily into QuickBooks, and when I did make errors I was able to easily make adjustments. It also makes invoicing SO much easier! I like that it communicates nicely with QuickBooks desktop and that I can have a parent client with sub-clients below, that really helps with the invoicing!

I haven't found much not to like. The one area I could comment on was how long it took to reach someone when I clicked to chat with us (18 minutes), luckily I just kept working so it didn't hold me up, but seemed a bit excessive. On the plus side of that, the girl that helped me was super helpful and made it worth the wait.

With Tsheets I have reduced time to do payroll and my guys are no longer rounding their time payroll it's self is down. I am also able to see if they have clocked in, that means the conversation about what we did two weeks ago and how long we worked does not happen anymore.

The ease of clocking in and out has never been better. Times are always accurate and you were able to clock in and clock out multiple times throughout the day and it keeps accurate times.

There is nothing that I dislike. it’s a great system!

The benefits are always making sure that the employees are being paid properly.

The fact you can clock in directly from your phone and it also GPS’s your location when you do clock in or out so that way employers know that you are actually where your supposed to be at when your checking in and not lying about where your at so you don’t get in trouble for being late or something like that for instance.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything that I just absolutely can’t stand about the APP

It has solved employees lying about their time and trying to pad extra time in here and there when we were just taking their word for their time arriving to and leaving job sites and/or the office and now they are not able to do that. Also, it is benefiting us in the fact that TSheet automatically inputs the employees time in my Quickbokks saving me time and labor cost when doing payroll

I like that the software has the option just to "copy the previous pay period". Often my billing is the same each time, so it is nice and easy just to copy over

Sometimes the load times aren't the best.

As an administrator it allows you to track employees, and the job or employee reports are very helpful. The mobile app allows me to clock in and out of a job, on the go.

Sometimes I would have to make sure that I was logged off.

Tracking a job is easier, it allows to compare real time versus expected time; and we can revise our budgets to be closer to reality.

Super user friendly app. All of my users love it, zero complaints from them!

Not quite as many options for various timekeeping configs such as comprise and commissions as other software I’ve used.

Needed a better mobile app for timekeeping, needed something with an api to integrate with our erp. Super easy to integrate!

Saves time to allow for more productivity in the HR Functions. Being able to link Tsheets to our quick book and syncing right away. The note function for employees to include messages if they forget to take lunch or extend their lunch break. The program is very easy to use after reviewing first.

The calendar function is a little complicated, thankfully it wasn't needed for our business. The GPS not tracking time since it can only be tracked upon the employee login.

We've been able to maximize our overall HR and Payroll functions. We save over 30+ hours a week using this program. The main problems we are solving are employees not getting paid the correct amounts, accurate reporting to the DOL and it even helped with an unemployment claim with a previous employee.

I like the ability to be able to easily track my hours and to be able to edit orders since I am not always free to be updating live. The best thing is the accompanying app that allows me to be able to track hours on the go.

The service is great. I just think the interface is not as simple to use as other services out there. Sometimes I am not sure where certain features live.

I am able to track my hours easily. I work from home and remote sometimes so having the app makes it easy to manage.

TSheets is user friendly and interfaces well with QuickBooks online. Their customer service is top notch. I have only had professional, friendly, helpful, excellent service when I've reached out to them via chat, phone, and email.

I would like to be able to combine the different time entries for the same client on the same day into one line item on the QuickBooks invoice.

As a business owner, I can see when my employees working remotely in different states are clocked in and what they are working on. I can adjust time sheets when needed. The reports are helpful and easy to use.

Tsheets is easy, user friendly, and easy to navigate.

Haven't really seen any downside to using this software yet.

Benefits is that i am able to use the app on my phone and clock in and out

I like that when logged in for the day it automatically adjust out lunches and breaks when you clock out so you do not have to manually do so if you forgot. They also have a mobile app that is very easy to use to login and does not require you to log in before clocking in like other time tracking software's.

If you forget to clock out for the day, it takes a lot of manual edits to adjust all of the times out. But this is when and if you forget to log out so make sure to do so at the end of each day.

Our current 3P hr company has no way of tracking our hours worked, so this allows us to track everyone time they are working and it's easy to export the data and send to the HR company we use to pay out everyone.

Totally customizable to your company's needs. Easy-to-use- interface, easy to train employees. Connects with QBO, other softwares, to prevent duplicate work. Customer service is quick and helpful.

Auto-generated emails can get annoying. You may get reminders to do something after it's already been done. Sometimes you do have to clever about your customization to make it fully usable.

Live GPS tracking of employees and job sites helps with ease of scheduling, clocking in/out. Job site info is readily available.

Overall, TSheets was very simple to use. As an engineer, I am working on multiple projects throughout the day. TSheets allowed me to log in the amount of time I was dedicating to each project everyday. In the end, I was able to see a chart of how many hours I've dedicated to a project in a certain time period.

There was pretty much nothing that I disliked about this product. It was very simple to use and communicate with.

I was able to log in my own hours and see how much time I was spending on specific things. This allowed me to properly distribute my time for following work days.

I spoke with an awesome agent named Josiah at T-sheets. He was very quick and efficient when answering my questions about T-sheets. He made the conversation very personable as if we had been friends forever which made me feel comfortable using the chat with an agent (which I normally never do)! I like that I can track my employees to make sure they are on-site. Things can get hectic on a construction site and Tsheets allows me to track different prevailing wage rates of my workers. It even helped me find my lost phone one time due to the GPS tracking.
