I love that we can log in from multiple devices across multiple locations. Being able to simultaneously work in the program without overwriting someone else's work has been an essential part of our growth.

I think the only downside is the fact that it IS online. Without an internet connection, or even a spotty connection, you can be SOL. There does seem to be some lagging in the system at times, but nothing we can't work around.

The biggest thing QB Online has solved for us is the growth of our company by having multiple users access the information simultaneously. Back when we were on the desktop version, you had to be very careful with who was doing what and WHEN they were doing it. The next day you could come in to all of your work being overwritten and lost forever. QB Online has solved that issue for us!

I love the mobile app that makes it easy to take pictures of receipts quickly! Quickbooks makes balancing our books simple!!

I have not had any issues with the platform!

Quickbooks allows on the go receipt snap shots creating faster capture for my accountant and efficient for me as a small business owner.

It's user accounting friendly and has plenty of training tools available.

I am enjoying QuickBooks online. It is mostly intuitive and easy to use. Makes booking simple and easy!

Lack of knowledge about how to customize reports and views in projects to show the exact information I need.

There was a bit of a learning curve at first.

The best part is it is integrated into my CSM system. It makes it easy to track receipts, sales, and outstanding invoices.

Sometimes the fees are a little much, and it adds up over the year.

It makes it incredibly easy to track and maintain invoicings. It makes it easy to bill and receive money without any contact as well.

Reports, reconciliations, depreciations well covered.

Nothing at QuickBooks is a much better program .
