I really like how interactive it is and how they are always improving their platform. Our rep always makes sure they are able to help with questions and new training. I also like that the product is always changing.

That I can not make edits myself to my events and that I have to ask ON24 and put in a request. Also I would like to be able to have more then 8 speakers on at a time.

An intercative webinar that is easy for our audience to follow and be apart of. The metrics help us track our events and know how to improve for the next one. I really like all the updates that have happened over the last year.

We use On24 for hosting webinars for prospects, customers, and partners. On average, we host 8-10 webinars per month. I've used multiple webinar tools but On24 is the best. What I like the most is: 1) The ease of conducting polls during a live webinar. 2) The live webinar gets automatically recorded which can be used as a simu-live webinar for later 3) Very user-friendly and easy to understand - can make changes in the landing page, slide deck till the last minute 4) On 24 has a real-time dashboard that can provide in-depth audience analytics

Honestly, I haven't experienced anything that I didn't like about On24.

1) We use On24 for hosting webinars for prospects, customers, and partners. On average, we host 8-10 webinars per month. 2) We have also used ON24 for hosting a virtual event to increase demand generation. 3) The tool is easy and efficient to use and the feature to build out a "console" for the webinar or live event is great. 4) Outside presenters (our partners and customers) find the platform easy to use. 5) Significant time savings because the recording is captured in the system

The user experience provides comprehensive and time-efficient setups of webinars. We like the customizability of how our webinars will perform and how we can design the audience interface in accordance with our corporate brand.

Uploading videos for recorded webinars sometimes, but not often, have issues in the audio, such as audio quality and syncing. It is something that ON24 can work on, but all the other features of ON24 are beneficial in a sense.

Our company always has the goal of nurturing our industrial relationships. With interactive webinars, we are able to hear first-hand what our stakeholders need and how the industry deals with changes, thereby giving us the fitting strategies to adapt.

The easy-to-use functionality and features of On24. ON24 is an excellent choice for webinars. We can quickly turn our live or any type of webcast to archived that we can share with cutomer.

For me, not really downside but more on needs improvement is the reporting and analytics side.

Reaching our customer with different types of webcast that are easy to use, easy to learn and understand widgets and effects.

I've been using ON24 Webcast elite at my current job. It is straightforward to use, easy to understand, and very dynamic. You can play with the widgets to make your webcast more attractive. You can set up reminder emails that will be sent to those who will register. You can also avail of support if you are having a hard time understanding the platform.

I honestly like ON24. There is nothing I dislike about it. For most of our webinar campaigns, we course it through the ON24 webcast elite.

As we shifted to digital due to pandemics we have right now, reaching out to our audience can be very difficult. But with the webcast elite, we can do live webinars that our audience can participate in. They can register for the webinars they want to attend. Reaching out to them is difficult, but this platform makes it more accessible.

Great platform for multiple uses. I like being able to customize what is included in the view for each presentation, including speaker bios, resources, and polls.

Took a little training to get up to speed and there are still a few areas that could be easier to use.

Boring webinars that look unprofessional.

Its minimal process to setup a event and very intuitive features to use the platform. Its ability to access the insights of pre and post event. Its technical support is amazing and has always help me solve any hurdles with the platform.

Its user interface can be better and few times we have faced bandwidth issues.

It helps us to host events, campaign development, and marketing of products.

The console setup is intuitive and very customizable, enabling the creation of a creative and engaging attendee experience.

The registration page templates are ugly. It would be great to have more templates or more options for customiziation

The webcast platform we were previously using was very basic. ON24 Webcast Elite enables us to create an engaging high-end experience

Great functionality that is constantly being added to. I particularly like the ability to add additional content in the webinar console and the one-click sign-up to upcoming webinars. The usage analytics are also invaluable in determining the ROI of the tool and of each webinar individually.

Nothing I particularly dislike as the platform delivers on everything we need.

We have been able to scale our webinar delivery program and have peace of mind that the experience for attendees will be consistently great.

Webcast elite is easy to navigate, set-up, produce and promote. My presenters are easily trained during dry-runs and can quickly understand the presentation platform. I enjoy the ease of the platform as well as the customization it offers.

Most of what I have disliked has been rectified in the most recent product releases and updates. As of now, there isn't much to dislike.

We can quickly and effectively stand up webinars to reach a broad virtual audience. We have been able to pivot our in-person events to virtual with the ease of Webcast Elite.
