I like how user friendly the webinar program is. We have a client guest speaker joining our webinar this week and training her was super easy and she was highly impressed with the ease of system.
Just at first it was hard to figure out how to get to the pages I wanted to from logging in to finding the community page. That could be more user error than ON24's setup though.
Again a big benefit for us is the user friendliness. both on the presenter side and audience side. We also like that we can customize the look of the webinar to match our brand.
The ON24 platform makes it easy for even novices to set up and run a webinar. The step by step process provides all of the information you need to successfully manage your webinars. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and dashboard. It makes it easy to see not only how many attendees you had, but how engaged they were.
As far as webinar platforms go, I don't really have any complaints about ON24. The service team is available and responsive if I have any questions.
ON24 is a major part of our marketing effort. It provides us with a way to connect to our audience and gives us the tools we need to be successful.

They have a very clean interface for our viewer and internal users alike. It also easily integrates with Marketo and SFDC so all teams get data that they want. The counsel that the webinar runs on is easily customized and looks very on brand and engaging.
The on-demand process is a little clunky

ON24 is very user friendly. The presentation manager is set up to be very easy to use for speakers who are not very tech-savvy. I also really love how the audience console is customizable and you are able to present a professional and branded platform. Widgets are awesome! They are designed to allow attendees to interact and engage on social and other sites without leaving the webinar.
Simu-lives can be difficult to understand for some people. They are easy to use but takes a bit a practice and finesse to record a seamless webinar.

Solving the problem of reach and scaling. We could not fit any more people in our training room so we started using ON24 to broadcast our events.
With our previous webinar provider, the platform was very clunky, we constantly had audio issues, and support was essentially unresponsive. With ON24, the onboarding / ramp up process was quick, overall painless, and enabled my team to run webinars without losing a ton of time during the transition between providers.
I think the console needs some updated functionality (some of which is probably in process)--the various windows can't be resized easily within presenter, and it's challenging to manage everything at once as a presenter.
We are able to present webinars more effectively and seamlessly and are able to have the on-demand recordings available immediately and long term, which makes the ROI of the content much higher than when we were limited to live presentations.
It is very user friendly and not super technical for those presenters that aren't super technical.
it would be nice to have more branding options for the survey widget. It is very generic looking.

Using On24 is a way to amplify the typically boring webinar. Every webinar we do as a company involves video. So, having the ability to provide visually engaging presentations, with dynamic speakers that attendees can see and interact with, provides a more personal experience.
ON24 is always on top of what is trending in the webinar market and always finding ways to bring their product to the next level. The platform is super easy to use and being able to customize it for each webinar is a wonderful way to keep your companies branding top of mind.
Wish they had a free call in feature for the audience members. This is something that is very important for our agents who work in offices where they don't have the computer speaker functionality. .

ALl of the tools that are available for implementing a webinar. I really like being able to offer the resources within the console as well. The on demand offering makes participants feel like they are actually participating in a live event.
Sometimes there are issues with Attendance certificate clocks quits working for participants who are required to view a certain amount of time before their certificate is available. It is frustrating to have the clock not being active for the whole session.

Interface not being html5, having to enable flash. wish there were some other fun integrations such as slack for q&A questions submitted and being able to farm those out to my SE team.

ON24 is king of the hill in the webinar game. Not only are they available to me 27/7, they also adjust the software before concerns are addressed. I had 3 things I was going to speak to my rep about implementing, and they are already in process and on the way to completion! I know ON24 will take my career to new heights through their training, software, and strategic edge.
Everything I dislike is currently being fixed/altered!

I love how easy it is to personalize and brand the console. It helps me to push the stakeholders to think bigger about what kind of data they want to collect and about how they want to engage with the audience since I can never convince anyone to be on camera.
I have always had an easy time using ON24. The only issues I ever had was trying to use my support packages so they didn't go to waste but not really needed them because the platform is so user friendly.
The reporting tool was a game changer. We were paying 3rd parties to host our webinars before and the leads were not great and we were not learning anything about our current and potential customers.
It's a really great integrated product. Love the polls and and the video integration. Very easy to use and best webinar product I've used.
Wish they had better after webinar interaction that is more than a CTA. Would be nice to integrate a one to one conversation right away. Sort of like what happens at conferences that you attend in person.
