The ease of this platform is excellent! It is very accessible and straightforward to train others on how its functions and features.
I do wish that parts of the customer's view of the console were accessible to the presenter side of the platform. It would be helpful to see what resources were uploaded/bios/time tracker.
We want to offer a high-value product and experience in a webinar format, and ON24 makes that happen! It has made our internal attendance process much easier to work with than other platforms we have previously used.
There are many good things i found in On 24 platform. which everyone Who uses will accept. 1. A very cool place to work with 2. UI is straight forward and easy to handle. 3. it can handle many users more than 10 k. 4. Initially in the past, faced few bugs. but later it was fixed and good support. 5. The Platform is good for Online events and webinars. 6. handles many users at once. no Disturbances in playlists. 7. I recommended this product for many. 8. it allows you to have a conversation within team which helps in collaboration.
Initially, there were few bugs. later it was all resolved. Some times we some questions that i answered will again be answered by others. The Product is being evolved in a faster scale and is a huge support for training and development firms.
Webinar, Events. Can cater to huge audience. Platform is responsive. we use the platform for our webinar and Live events as it is the best for huge audience . say more than ten thousand participants. It also has authentication and authorization. it is secure and trustworthy. Sometimes, initially it was bit lagging. and now it has improved. Great improvement.
The most important feature I like is the to help interact with other chat moderator's, the UI is too good which gives us better separation to chat and questions and options to separate the unattended questions. It gives us a digital experience that I never seen on any other platforms. We have conducted webinars for more than 10,000 participants and none complained about any issues they faced. When we were on chat support all the questions which were not answered can easly be found out from the console. The theme is pleasant and comfortable for the eyes
Sometimes the page won't respond and need to reload the browser, in that case, will be logged out and can't be joined. Such a situation I will be opening in multiple browsers. If multiple moderators were answering the same question some times the contents which I wrote vanishes
I can attend the webinar with more than 10,000 participants and working as a chat moderator feels good on this platform. I have been using this platform from when this pandemic starts where everything moved into the online world. It's easy to interact with everyone on this platform and answer their questions in an easy and real-time without any confusion in on24 UI is awesome
There are few things which I would like to mention here. a. The theme of the ON24 dashboard is comfortable for the eyes, so lengthy events won't affect our eyes a lot. I prefer websites that are not a strain for the eyes, and ON24 is one of them. b. The UI is straightforward and easy to use, and I could start working on it within few minutes. c. Although, in the past, I had faced minor bugs on the platform, like unable to edit an already sent answer, the team was able to quickly fix it and new updated On24 platform works like a charm.
Sometimes when I am answering to a question in the Q&A box, other moderators start answering the same question and whatever I had typed vanishes. I think they were not able to see that the question is already being answered.
I can attend events with more than 4000-5000 participants, and working on On24 platform as a moderator is a great feeling. Ever since COVID-19 pandemic has started, we could see a surge of participants joining the online sessions, and training participants on ON24 has been quite easy. It's easy to interact with everyone on the platform, and to answer their queries in realtime is a great thing as per my experience.
This is user friendly and is appealing to the eye in turn making it a nice platform for webinars to be held.
There is a lot of things to learn but looks like it will be smooth after getting the hang of it.

In present times we are constantly inundated with video chats and webcasts. We wanted to stand apart within this realm and ON24 has really helped us achieve a way to stand out from our peers. The ease of use and variety of tools available has made our webinars very dynamic!
I would love to have the ability to integrate more of our brand identity pieces into the platform, such as custom fonts.
With ON24 we have created a way for our viewers to be more involved with a webinar, whether that be with a poll or chat feature. The analytics have been great for reporting ROI to our management team as well.
The new group chat feature in webinars is pretty cool.
Adding/Deleting registrants is cumbersome, should allow mass deletions and a way to add registrants without uploading an excel file.
Uploading videos and powerpoints is faster, we were able to add into and outro videos so moderators dont have to talk as much
My favorite thing about ON24 is that it gives your webinars more life. Not only is the webinar live when you view it, when you watch it on-demand you still have full functionality to answer polls, participate in Q&A and download/click on resources. Most of our on-demand viewers don't even realize it's not live in that moment.
The pricing tiers can be a little confusing.
ON24 gives us extra functionality that traditional webinar platforms don't. Limitless resource links that are perpetually live, not making our viewers download software, and so much more.

I would love the ability to create practice sessions that are not official events, where we can train our various facilitators. The integration with CRM programs seems to be lacking.
ON24 has allowed us to provide one "home base" for our educational needs by letting attendees download relevant documents, link to our social media platforms. Additionally, we can provide an interactive on-demand experience we did not have before.
I produce content for an online software program that has product updates regularly. With ON24 I am able to update my content easily. We love to also repurpose content, with ON24 I can change out my slides and console and use previously recorded material and promote to a different target audience. The Engagement tools keep my audience present and the level of reporting is lets me see what is working and how I can change thing up to increase my audience. The support is amazing!
If I had to pick something it would be the Presenter Bridge Quality.
Previously once our Live webinars were complete there was no way to report ondemand views. Now we can report the On Demand views with the ability to see client interactions, questions and survey results. Our clients like a mix of short serialized and longer in depth product webinars and are quickly becoming more engaged. Using SimLive has given the opportunity fine tune content and help with some of the common Live pitfalls all while clients feel they are truly watching live. I love ON24!#webinerd
