Litmus design modules are very sophisticated and attractive, the email management using their templates makes me feel very pleased, you can even manage the modules and save them to be reused later. The design templates are well-structured, it is quite comfortable to program HTML or CSS language, it is a very versatile tool. Litmus also offers a lot of default templates, so if you want to save design time, it is very rewarding to use the ones they offer for you. It is also powerful email verification tool, you can handle up to 100 clients and the tests are extraordinary, in fact, you can organize emails by desktop, supporting Apple mail servers, Outlook, Thunderbird 60 among others.

I would like more productivity and workflow integrations so far I have only integrated with Slack, but I would like to support other services that I use regularly. On some occasions the email test previews can take a while to load, it may be the internet connection, however I have checked this issue. Another point to consider is its price, the most basic plan costs much more than other similar services. The interface in future versions will hopefully be more intuitive, it has few customization options.

We usually manage a large amount of customer emails, thanks to Litmus we can preview and test how the response email will look like to the target customer. We can generally make better decisions when testing our email campaigns, litmus is versatile allowing us to do all of this with just one click, cutting down on workflow and getting better results in our promotions. Litmus' corporate verification filters always guarantee that emails will reach the customer's destination, verifying ISP and device.

Litmus helps supplement the capabilities of marketing automation by allowing you to preview email rendering in every major email client and also allows you to track engagement metrics marketing automation tools don't provide. Litmus provides a very secure platform that allows us to manage multiple users. The way data is displayed is very useful, I'm looking forward to experimenting with more of the features.

I'd like to see even more advanced email analytics beyond what we get now. We're paying a high price to use Litmus. Litmus should probably change their pricing options to better reflect what people are using. We're only using two of the features we're paying for and so the price is really the only thing we're not thrilled about.

Litmus does two primary jobs for us 1. Allows us to see what our emails will look like in each email client before we send them. 2. Allows us to measure advanced engagement metrics.

The best thing I like about it is that It gives you all the email previews you could ask for. It has an editor built out just for developing emails. It is very cost effective.

The interface could be better. And the pricing is a little too expensive for a small company or a start up.

We don't have a developer in our team. So it's very handy when we can easily code stuff without any breaks in our emails or links.

Everything else is top_notch apart from their pricing ,I hope they can offer a more competitive price.

I use the builder feature almost every day, but I love Proof! It's excellent for team and client communication.

There are some weird inconsistencies with naming documents, but overall, I am incredibly impressed by the product.

Our team first got know Litmus at the Litmus Live conference in San Francisco a couple of year ago. Working with a trusted industry leader ensures that we are on the front lines of the latest trends. We've also worked with Litmus on user testing, which was an immensely helpful experience for our team. I love working with a group that values user feedback in order to improve their product. We are in our second year of our contract and I hope our use continues! If you are a team of one or a team of many, Litmus provides a wide range of tools to help everyone succeed.
