Nothing beats how easy it is to get leads right from linkedin to salesforce and a salesloft cadence. I can't imagine how many time that would take without it.
The while the email guess formula of first.last is occasionally accurate, it could be better at predicting what a company uses. I've also run into challenges with it recognizing new start up companies that don't have websites.

The most customizable prospecting too. Ability to change emails, SFDC accounts, phone numbers, etc. before importing the prospect is a game changer.

Scraping leads from LinkedIn is the number one pain point. I scorched the market for a tool that could integrate with my SalesNav workflow and this was by the far the easiest
LeadIQ is so helpful when trying to verify contact information or connect with key stake holders for prospective and current customer accounts. The integration with our tech stack (Salesforce + Outreach) is extremely helpful as well and saves a ton of time when updating title and email information.
At times the information isn't 100% accurate. Beyond that there really isn't anything not to like about LeadIQ and no system I've ever used is perfect. It's the best out there that I've used.
The primary business problem LeadIQ is solving is a quick and accurate way to verify and update contact information from a direct integration between LinkedIn and Salesforce.
As an SDR, LeadIQ is the best tool to be able to bulk upload contacts from different accounts/regions and databases. The company I work for got rid of it and I was so bummed that I almost signed up for a solo membership, because LeadIQ's operational efficiency is unmatched. Best tool in the game of prospecting in my opinion
The only thing I can categorize as disliking is when data is blocked and you can't use credits to unlock a profile. However, this isn't the tools fault, it's personal prefence of the prospect. So long story short, nothing to dislike on my end.
I am not longer a member of LeadIQ but I sure wish I was. LeadIQ has incredible lead intelligence when locating prospect information. I haven't stumbled upon another tool yet that allows for such smooth and accurate bulk uploads.

Being able to get people uploaded into our system fast and effectively.
Getting leads and contacts in our system is the most important part. Sometimes leads/contacts get caught up and their are a few extra steps to fix that but overall LeadIQ is very helpful.

Sometimes the numbers are inaccurate ie same name/relative but not the person we are looking for. This has been improving over time but still happens on occasion.
Easiness to sync with CRM and to find phone numbers
LeadIQ has helped us enrich our data and find outreach details for a number of new leads and contacts for Salesforce. It works with Sales Navigator to help us pull lists of ideal prospects so we can begin to build outreach plans to key accounts. Particularly helpful has been the round up email of anyone who has opted out so we know to remove them from our database. It is also very useful to get the small overview before you enrich a lead or contact to understand if they are already being worked by someone in our CRM. This has cut down on the amount of duplicates dramatically.
I would like to see some improvements on the dynamic resizing of the windows. On a mac these can be a bit fussy and not allow you to get a clean overview of all information relating to a lead/contact.
We needed to find a way to get more phone numbers and business emails for our prospects. LeadIQ does just that in a simple and easy to use UI. The majority of the details have been correct which is exactly what we were after.
I like how easy it is to quickly add leads into my prospect list.
Sometimes, you have to manually input the corporate website to a lead to 'add' them to your list. May just be a fluke that happens from time to time.
