I like that I can tag multiple tickets and merge them. I get to write notes and tag others that I need for tasks to get completed. I could not do that with the prior ticketing system I used.
I would like to also associate the text messages that come in from Aircall to connect to the ticket I am working on. Or maybe it can create a ticket also for the text messages.
The problem solving that I use it for is to keep records and label the tickets to know what they were about. I can always look back at previous conversations to confirm things that were said concerning anything that the client calls for.
Tracking emails, logging calls, and taking detailed notes. Hubspot is essential for mitigating churn risk and notating feature requests. I can easily track the entire customer's lifecycle.
Some functionality seems buggy. Email tool & CSAT scores seem inconsistent. Creating automation can prove a challenge as well.
Tracking customer happiness & adjusting accordingly. Creating clear channels of communication between all teams.
As a Project Manager, I use the Tasks function the most as this keeps me organised and on track with all my Projects. As well as this the Sequence and email templates are great at keeping engaged with our customers and ensuring everything we send to them is professional and trackable.
There isnt really anything I dislike, I have tried to get my head round playbooks but I am struggling with the functuality of it. I think this function has great potential but I just can't get it to work well for me and what I do day to day.
We have been able to view more and more Project data on a day to day basis. We now have all of our sales / deals information in there which gives me a better understanding of the work in our pipeline which I need to start thinking about delivering and getting scheduled in.
Automation of customer satisfaction efforts is very useful and becomes an asset very quickly.
It's still not super feature rich, but the longer we worked with it the more features that we'd requested went live.
We're getting to understand our customers better.

We use the ticket system to delegate tasks to team members, input po's, take chats, and answer info requests.

If workflows could be less complicated, that would be great. Other than that - excellent stuff.

As with all software, it takes a few steps to set-up correctly, but it is well worth it.

I like that you can do some powerful stuff with workflow. I have been able to automate so many processes which takes all the manual work off my plate. I can focus on my other tasks and can be a lot more productive.
It would be nice to have a referral program setup document as a resource. I was able to create a successful working referral program within the HubSpot platform, but I didn't have much guidance or help on how to get it done.
The Referral Program was the first project I worked on with HubSpot. I am a new employee and this was my first introduction to HubSpot. I was impressed by the automation tools.
FAQs are fine, but a well-documented help centre (Hubspot Knowledge Base) is much more helpful and it's easier to navigate. Plus, the ticketing system works great.
There's nothing I don't like from the product, it meets my requirements.
We identify the main questions and doubts of our customers and create articles there. We also manage all the tickets from there: both in-app (customers) and from leads.
Workflows and automation tools are designed with the user in mind. I greatly appreciate that we had a thorough onboarding and that the training tools are actually useful.
You have to find workarounds to specific limitations, such as referring to info from a Contact while inside a Deal.

I like that Hubspot is focussed on a lot of different working processes. I have the feeling that every process could adapt to Hubspot. For my work I only use approx. 10% of the tools available.
That I can't turn off fields that I don't use. Since Hubspot is built to help almost all businesses, I find myself sometimes searching for the right place because of options and tools I don't use. It would be nice to be able to personalize the pages.
Keeping track of orders and leads. I can't remind every customer obviously, and especially not when I have more people working in the same dealstage. Hubspot helps us to keep track of everything.
