Very lean and precise. It's easy to use.
A quotation feature is missing—integration with multiple Zoho products would have been a plus.
Order tracking. It is tracking changes that are missing in excel and google sheet.
It is a very easy to use and UX friendly tool. It helps our small team to manage daily tasks and gives a proper information about each client. Perfect synchronization with Gmail.
Could have more more integrations with other tools like Asana or Click UP - but these are available only in other modules (upgrade needed). User rights could be more advanced and give more flexibility.

I think that all zoho apps should be given the option to auto-note an account's profile page, more often than not, the noting seems to be repetitive and duplicitous.
Carrier Contacts, organization, and increased data points
Bigin is very easy to setup and use with. You can setup your custom steps in the funnel. Also by using Bigin it is very easy to give attention to every customer and make custom notes about the customer needs. They have priced the product very aggressively.
The downside about the product is lack of payment integration within the funnel confirming about the payment received from the customer. Also, the mobile application needs some enhancements to performance.
We have to talk to customers on a daily basis and join them on our platform, it involves multiple rounds of meetings and negotiations. Uisng Bigin we are able to manage the details in a simple way.
There is a lot of functionality and it is very user-friendly
It would be nice if there was quotation functionality and Team email capabilities.
Before Begin I was doing everything in Excel. Begin allowed me to have everything in one software

BIGIN CRM is CRM with appraoch to help primarily smaller businesses and startups. Since the first day of sales operations we were able to track data, mainly due to the FREE TRIAL, OKAY PRICING and EASY SETUp

While integrations within ZOHO are good, integrations with other services are frustrating.

I found it very easy to use and learn. Hence, it makes very easy to adapt for users and eventually it becomes routine.
Unfortunately Indiamart official add-on is not available with Bigin. There should be some reports feature for analysis.

We started using Bigin by Zoho since last month. Its a brilliant platform, especially for start-ups or SMEs who have small scale operations & don't want to spend too much on bigger platforms like Zoho CRM. Bigin is very well designed, doesn't overwhelm & is easy to setup & use. Has very good features from contact management to lead capturing, making pipelines as per requirement & even doing flow automations, to make few things happen automatically. It also gets integrated with Zoho mail, enabling easy management of emails to customers and Zoho Books, allowing issuing estimates, making invoice, from Bigin itself.
Nothing to dis-like at this stage. As we use it more, maybe than we will have a better insights on the downsides.
Easy to create sales pipleline & move enquiry to different stages. Integration with mails & zoho books is also easy, thus resolving the issue of logging into different platforms. Just from one dashboard of Bigin, everything can be managed.
For someone who was using excel to manage prospects this was a great way to organise all my leads

I feel in terms of UI there must be an upgrade and reports need to be added.

Nothing as of yet. But I am still learning. The tutorial wasn't very helpful.

The ease of use of all the various suites makes importing and managing tasks simple.
Sometimes with so many suites, it can be a daunting process to get it tailored to your needs. Fortunately, they have great support.
We are using it as a tool to help us service various agents and track our interactions, so we have a reference base to create training and identify deficiencies in our communications process.
