The customer support team is quite prompt in answering queries. It was easy to set up BIGContacts with its extensive knowledge base and helpdesk support. I find the tool’s pricing to be quite affordable too.
Some integrations have limited functionality. I would like to see more direct integrations in the future.
BIGContacts helps me keep track of all pending tasks with ease. I can prioritize tasks and set reminders using this CRM system. Additionally, it makes it easy for me to collaborate with other team members.
BIGContacts has proven to be a powerful contact management solution for our business. With a detailed view of contact history, pending tasks, notes, files, etc., in one place, we can connect with our customers more effectively. The bulk actions save a lot of our time.
The search feature could be more advanced since looking up specific contacts gets challenging at times.
The tool has helped our company retain more customers. The remote access to data makes it easy for everyone in our team to stay connected and updated.
The reporting module with pre-built templates and custom filters helps us keep track of all our business activities. We also like that it’s easy to save these reports, so we do not have to go through the creation process every time to access the reports.
The mobile version of the app is currently not as functional as the desktop version.
We have been able to achieve better efficiency and productivity with BIGContacts. All our leads get captured from web forms and stored in the CRM system, which helps us stay organized. Our executives use the pipeline to track the movement of these leads toward conversion. Overall, our sales numbers have seen a spike since we adopted BIGContacts.
The webforms for lead capturing work well. The email and letter templates provided by BIGContacts save a huge chunk of our time. Email and skype integrations help connect with customers at the right time. Overall performance of the tool is satisfactory.
Some API integrations only offer limited functionality. I hope they continue to integrate more business tools with time.
It has also made managing and contacting leads much more efficient.
The best solution for organizing I've found. Ability to simply have information readily available and entered. Enter fields and customize data in a framework that makes sense.
While there does not seem to be such a big learning curve, everything does still take some time, there's no magic wand included.

I am amazed at how easy this program is to use
I find the mail merge and campaign marketing difficult to navigate and use. When it comes to seperating lists and creating new one I find Big Contacts confusing and at times frustrating. This is true when I try to send out an email blast
Keeping on top of our lead flow as well as staying in touch with our current clients. I am now much more organized and am finding our contact rate and close rate has increased since utilizing Big Contact
I love the fact that all my emails are integrated into each contact. That feature alone has been so helpful.
I'm having a problem with meetings that I'm missing and they get dismissed and don't stay on my calender. I wish there was someway I could change them to reacurring.

We implemented Big Contacts over five years ago. We have had great success with territory transitions and realignment of territories very easy. All information was available to incoming representative.
Have not found anything that we have disliked. Reporting is good and they continue to improve the system. We have 16 users and rarely have any issues with users in the field.
Accountability of our field representatives and their activity with customers has vastly improved. We now know who it is that is working in our customers stores, which helps when we make changes or are looking for input from the field.

I like the marketing function best as well as the many of the little features in the software that makes it easy for reporting tools.
I dislike the ability to mass delete contacts (may have ability but I am currently unaware) and the ability to check contacts to database when importing and update any pertinent information if contact is already in the system.
Marketing - Lead nurturing. A contact management database. Benefits are endless, BigContacts is constantly coming out with new features!
