The product is amazing, it caters to all the needs of an event host and all features are very relevant. More than anything the support from Airmeet's end to solve any issue or questions is really fast, which is amazing! Our organization has used this for over 2 years now and we have had a brilliant experience for any of the 50+ events we've used this platform for.

It is a little expensive and lags a bit if there is too much spam in the chatbox. High internet usage but apart from this, all is good

Virtual events are easy to do, Airmeet provides a lot of features that other video conferencing platforms do not. Also, great deliverables can be provided to our event partners.

Virtual and hybrid events, being able to help people engage with an online event

Airmeet have all and more of what to expect for a plattform to facilitate my meetings and event. Constantly improving and updating + best ever 24/7 support.

Only thing would be that the breakout rooms/tables have a limit of 15 participants, still better then 8 before. If it could be at least 30 or more then it would be great.

Let me arrange great events and meetings that engage participants with many different posibilities to interact and stay focused during meetings and events.

I love that Airmeet allows me to offer such an intimate experience for my virtual events. Having the option to focus on the whole group or each table and make genuine connections with attendees is why I will continue to host events on Airmeet.

I dislike that I can't adjust my set up based on how many attendees actually pay to be there. The amount of chairs and tables is set up in the beginning which can be a bit frustrating.

The biggest problem I had before Airmeet was feeling like I was talking at attendees and it was difficult to create an experience that's authentic to me and my audience. Airmeet makes it so easy to curate the experience based on how I want the event to flow.

This platform is fairly user-friendly; there were components and functionality I was easily able to navigate myself being a first-time user. Also, Holly from Airmeet was readily available for training and email questions when needed.

I suggested more robust analytics for event follow up and more straightforward reporting on the details of the event. I think being able to quickly resend the magic links to registrants would be super helpful!!

We wanted a more engaged and more robust digital event. The leaderboard functionality was vital in engagement for our event as well. We had great leads generated from seeing potential clients online and connecting with them

The fact that attendees can't be seen by the speaker and can only ask questions via the chat.

DId not have Microphone access. Ram helped me getting it working. He did a great job.

Detailed description of the event on the platform. Photo booth,Louge and exhibition Area. Format of the meetings. Detailed description of speakers. More options than zoom or gmeet or any other platforms.

An Airmeet person to update the Airmeet folders for the Client. Would love if Airmeet can support via whatsapp prior their 48 hrs policy. Daily review of the platform on updated agenda till the event starts. improve usability and access options for iOS users outside of using google platforms! and especially improve user-friendliness for people not familiar with technology! and older person accessing a meeting from their Apple device shouldn't face so many barriers to entry and use of the platform. Functionality with iOS (which seems like a huge glaring oversight. so many people are using apple products nowadays!)

Accessibility for people around the world who couldn't be a part of our conservation forum due to covid.

We are using Airmeet for hosting regular Knowledge sharing sessions and AMAs and it has helped us in engaging with our audience and in lead generation too

I like how easy it is for speakers and attendees to use. Our last platform had so many quirks about the camera and mics, and the speakers always felt they were talking to an empty room. Airmeet has so much more engagement!

Some of the backend features could be tweaked, like sorting the speaker list and having additional analytics.

We're getting our audience to engage more with the gamification, networking, and the ability to raise their hand during sessions. People are so tired of being talked to, they want to be part of the event, even if they're not there physically.

Airmeet's social lounge is something different. the amount of interaction that can be gained on a virtual level is fantastic. The platform is user friendly and simple to control

Translations had to be removed but I believe this new feature will be up and running soon, the app is finally here and a great addtion. No other major faults with the platform
