Ahrefs is an invaluable tool and has been absolutely critical to my everyday work. Ahrefs backlink management is great in that it provides users with the ability to filter links by multiple metrics such as: lost links, TLDs type, latest backlinks crawled, and even tells you the days where the most backlinks were generated. Also, Ahrefs is easy to navigate and get the information that I actually need.
There isn't really anything I dislike about Ahrefs, which is why it's my go to. I've used Majestic SEO, Open Site Explorer, and Monitor Backlinks. The price is is the only thing I "dislike" if it have to pick something--Monitor Backlinks is competitive in terms of pricingand they offer more SEO metrics. That said, I can't pass up the graphics about site performance in terms of backlinks which Ahrefs provides.
Using Ahrefs has allowed me to focus on gaining the competitive edge. One of the best features provided by Ahrefs is their comparison tool. This helps me focus on areas I can improve by comparing your website's metrics with those of your competitors. This tool allows for continuous optimization by pinpointing areas that need help.
A standout feature that I find highly valuable in Ahrefs is its competitive backlink analysis which offers deep insights into a website's backlink profile. I use this to check out what our competitors are up to in terms of backlinks. This helps us find fresh opportunities to build links and and fine-tune our SEO strategy. Also, the Keywords Explorer feature enhances its utility by providing robust keyword research capabilities, contributing to our more comprehensive SEO approach.
One thing worth mentioning is its pricing. Definitely not among the most budget-friendly options in the SEO tool market, making it less accessible for many small businesses.
Ahrefs addresses our SEO challenges, including backlink analysis, keyword research, and site audits. By doing so, it enhances the efficiency of our digital marketing strategy, making it more data-driven and effective for our business.
This is one of the easiest SEO tools that help track website traffic and search for keyword research. It dramatically helps off-page SEO activities like looking for backlinks and other websites' DR. It is an all-in-one SEO Toolset.
The UI of the tool can improve as sometimes it gives you a confusing result.
It is solving to monitor website traffic, and backlinks and also helps to understand the competitive website traffic. Doing keyword research for writing the right content.
I'm able to find issues with my site including 404 errors.
Can be a little complicated to use as there are a lot of tools
Helps to optimise the site as we can find and fix 404 errors, missing images issues.
Ahrefs is quite straightforward to use and get the value you need. You can type in keywords/websites, and you'll get tons of data that should help you prioritize your content roadmap. It also helps marketers understand how their content is performing and what they need to fix to improve it. It's particularly valuable if you're looking to identify and focus on the low-hanging fruits in your existing content.
I still see quite a few keywords with no search volume/competition data. This becomes a problem if you're talking to many customers and coming across new content ideas you'd like to test. It still doesn't allow me to create a table with custom inputs and export the data for further analysis. I have to manually export and recombine data on my own using Google Sheets or other similar tools.
It helps me understand how the content is performing across Google. It enables us to identify new opportunities to go after. Having a list of potentially great content ideas, in turn, allows us to develop and deliver better content that supports our business goals.
Loved the backlink tracking system of Ahrefs, its very accurate. One can rely on their data and form their off-page SEO strategy.
Pricing is on the higher site compared to other popular SEO tools. Also content or on-page level insights are limited.
Helps me create an on-page strategy by analyzing top rankers on my target keywords. Gives me accurate keyword volumes and great insight to form an off-page SEO strategy
Rather than showing all possible errors provides recommendations to fix them. Helps in keyword research, competitors analysis, backlink audit, and also have feature of the content gap.
Price is high also can add more features for PPC folks
With this tool, we can target the right audience with insights and take the right decision for the business by monitoring all the important stats like low-hanging keywords, trending content gaps, competitors comparison, backlinks, broken links and much more.
THE BEST THING ABOUT AHREF IS COMPETITOR ANALYSIS AND KEYWORD FINDER
FOR THE BEGINNER PRICING PLAN IT MATTER A LOT.
BROKEN LINKS AND HEALTH OF THE SITE
All tools are very simple and easy to use, I personally like and use keyword research, competitor analysis on a daily basis.
I think pricing, compared to other similar tools in the market its higher.
- Finding the relevant keywords for my business & links i need to build from out competitors
Easy to use and gives in depth insights about keywords
Expensive compared to other SEO tools that are available online
Analyse competition and use the info to have an edge over others,
The interface is great and easy to understand
no API for basic accounts, no simple way to use monthly limits
check domains DR easy and fast
Ahrefs is my favorite SEO platform (and I've tried quite a few). It has so many different features that allow you to perform in-depth SEO research. You can look up competitor websites, find keywords, analyze top content, look at backlinks, make lists of keywords, and so much more.
Sometimes the traffic estimation is off, but this isn't a big deal at all. It's also a bit expensive, but worth it (especially if you work with multiple websites or clients).
There are so many benefits! My favorites are finding new content opportunities and comparing my business to competitors to see how I need to improve.
Ahrefs provides a pretty extensive range of functions for all SEO needs. We use it from Backlinks and keyword audits for our clients and our websites aswell. In addition they also provide great seo articles in their blog with case studies to share their experiences.
The only thing that I "dislike" it that the tool could get quite expensive very fast, if you use several modules. And they could add more relevant keywords to their database for better researches.
Recognize and filter directly for which and how many keywords the page or competitor ranks and where we see further potentials. And the broken internal links finder is a very useful tool.
Many various tools and highly detailed reports. Easy to use interface and very generous credits for keywords checks and crawls. Even the free account is great. On par with sem rush.
Site audit tool lacks a lot of features and elements to make it great. I would like to see more elements like core web vitals and also check which internal pages have how many links to them.
Finding keywords we rank for that we didn't know about. Detailed reports on pages with backlinks, keywords it ranks for, etc. It has helped find broken pages, new keyword potentials and backlinks.
I like the tools and the main dashboard too
There isn't anything I don't really like
Keyword tracking, volume research, page comparisons, domain comparisons
Some of the features of Ahrefs that we like to include but are not limited to: 1. Site explorer 2. Keyword explorer 3. Site audit 4. Batch analysis 5. "How to use" tutorials
There's nothing to dislike as such! But it depends on the purpose with which you're using it.
The benefits are many, but it comes down to why we're using Ahres or any other tool for that matter. It helps with more data, live backlinks, website errors which in turn help us to look at the things that need fixation at the earliest. By doing so, we could see improvement in domain rating, backlink profile and were able to plan a content development plan.
With Ahrefs, it's easy to get success on SEO. It is such a helpful tool for finding keywords, plan content, and tracking your performance. This tool is so beneficial for finding low competition keywords to make your post rank better. You can track backlinks, analyze competitors, audit SEO with Ahrefs very quickly. With its user-friendly interface.
Ahrefs is a costly tool. Even the starter plan is also expensive for many people, And the starter comes with some limitations and limited search. Sometimes I face a slow loading issue. For newcomers, it's a little bit complicated to understand. Except for those, I don't have any complaints about Ahrefs.
My overall experience with Ahrefs is pretty good. The tool is potent and significant for any SEO expert. This tool gives us the ability to fine-tune our keywords and backlinking opportunity. What helps us to fulfil our customers need.
The capability I like best about Ahrefs is its inbound link analysis and keyword research capability. The interface is also pretty cool and intuitive.
Sometimes keyword suggestions can confound you and not make much sense. So you have to either use other tools or apply your judgment.
We are using it extensively for site audits and backlink analysis. And rank tracking as well.
Easy to use interface and resources plus more stable/reliable than some of the competitors.
Ability to monitor competitor adwords campaigns in-depth like competing products would be nice.
We primarily use AHREFs to plan out organic search efforts and tweak existing content.
Ahrefs takes the guesswork out of your company's SEO needs and simplifies prioritizing SEO needs.
Very user-friendly for one individual but could be more easily accessible for teams.
We've seen an increase in our SEO ranking, the number of keywords we're currently ranking for, and backlinks back to our page.
