Relatively inexpensive and I like the security it offers. No need to type your passwords- means no more keyloggers and stolen passwords. Further, you can grant access to staff without directly sharing the password.

There is not too much to dislike about this fantastic tool. I have found one thing slightly annoying: having to type the master password too often. I also found using it on mobile devices not as friendly as it should be. Perhaps this is due to Apple not allowing flexibility. Otherwise its great!

We run a software development agency. Naturally, our developers need access to sensitive information such as our banking and payment provider login details. Instead of sharing the password directly, we share it via 1Password this way, and we can remove access when we want! Other problems I am solving is: 1) I do not have to remember thousands of passwords 2) I don't have to type my passwords 3) I can create secure passwords

It's so marvelously easy to pass around ENV variables, shared credentials, super secret grocery lists, having 42 character long strong passwords. Whenever I recall what we did before having 1Password at the Technologiestiftung Berlin my head hurts and my knees start shaking. Thank you 1p

Nothing to dislike about 1p. I'm not a fan of skeuomorphism, so the vault metaphor when logging in could go away but that is my personal preference as a designer.

How well maintained the software is on all platforms. I use the Windows, macOS, and iOS versions as well as the dedicated Chrome extension, 1PasswordX. All the software is great. Their support section of their website is very well designed and maintained along with being very thorough. The elegance of how the tool uses various data types and 1Password's continued effort to expand these features over time.

To be completely honest there is nothing I dislike. It is one of my favorite tools I use throughout the day. I have been using 1Password for over 10 years both personally and professionally. I thought about this question for several minutes but couldn't find anything about the tool that I find wrong.

Increased user account security across our entire organization. Sharing of credentials across teams for shared resource accounts. Allows the use of shared 2-factor capabilities of these resource accounts, which is difficult to do with GA or Authy. The tool has saved us money because of this by allowing multiple of our staff to make use of one account instead of having to purchase multiple accounts.

Available on all major platforms. Easily create unique passwords and ones that are memorable. I love the secure notes and the various templates they have to save information

When you have different accounts or vaults. I wish you could log in to one vault and automatically have it log in to all the others. This should be a setting instead of always having to login to each vault/account.

There are so many things to love about 1Password! 1. Ability to create different Vaults for each of our customers. 2. Shows the past history of passwords. 3. Change tracking. 4. Auto generating of passwords. 5. Auto updating when passwords are changed.

I don't have any complaints! 1Password has greatly simplified our lives.

We track the IT passwords for our customers. This has solved the problem of tracking and if someone changes the password, we all have immediate access to the password. We can also give our customer's access, yet limit their ability to make changes. 1Password has been a complete game changer for us over the last 4 years.

People often perceive a tension between collaboration and security. This may be true with legacy tools—but with 1Password you can have your cake and eat it too. We are a distributed organization of legal and technology journalists. Collaboration is tough in a field where multiple people need access to a single login for research databases, court document repositories, CMS, and so on. Our previous practice was to email each other Word documents containing credentials. Now, with 1Password, we set up shared vaults, provision access to anyone who needs it with two clicks, and rest in the knowledge that our credentials are securely stored, yet accessible to precisely the right people. We can now even share credit cards securely, in case someone needs to make a purchase for the organization.

Using 1Password effectively requires a certain level of discipline across your team. This isn't a downside necessarily, but be aware—you will have to wean some folks off of using 8-character passwords saved in Outlook drafts.

In short, we have improved the ease of collaboration within our team while simultaneously strengthening our security posture.

I am not able to get my secret key

1Password Teams works consistently everywhere we need it to. The UI is beautiful and intuitive. The Customer Support forums are active and helpful.

The only feature I had considered was custom item templates but that's now available by enabling beta features in the Mac app.

1Password makes it simple to generate, store, and share secure passwords. In addition to being a great password manager, the fact that it's easy and beautiful is a big step toward encouraging people to not reuse passwords across services.
